If you're interested in this SRFI, please give your feedback via the SRFI 169 mailing list before 2019/7/24. After that, assuming that no major revisions are required, we will declare it final.
Oops. While the sample implementation was included in the SRFI document, I forgot to include it and the automated tests in the Git repository. I've added them now. Sorry about that.
