Yes.  Bitbucket allows you to edit in the browser if you want to, pretty much like Github.  Unless a file there is derived from an original
HTML file, as in this case, I keep everything in Markdown because Bitbucket will display it nicely.  You can also display any Github
or Bitbucket HTML file by prefixing its raw URL with "http://htmlpreview.github.io?", so I use that for links from Markdown to HTML in the repo.

I've given you write access, but yes, pull requests in Bitbucket work just as in Github.
