Hello schemers,

SRFI-174 defines a comparator object for timespecs. I needed to read the
reference implementation to understand that it's a SRFI-128 comparator.
Could the document be updated with a reference to SRFI-128?

(It's also an unexpectedly large dependency for such a small library,
but c'est la vie).
