We had a thread ('The name of "keyword-call"') where Rhys Ulerich
suggested call/kw. That thread did not reach consensus, except that
everyone agreed it's good to have a short name. John suggested a
3-letter name; Marc Nieper-Wißkirchen suggested overloading `apply`.
IMHO both of those are a bit too extreme since SRFI 177 won't change the
base language, even in the case or R7RS large edition. I think drastic
things like that should be the remit of the base language, and SRFIs
that bring macros should make it obvious to people only familiar with
the base language that some magic is going on.
