I've been thinking we should write a summary of our current
understanding of ways to do keyword arguments (or to not do them),
briefly explaining each approach and comparing the costs and benefits.
The complexity is getting to the point where I have trouble digesting
it, especially since I lack a nuanced understanding of hygienic macros.

Would someone have the energy to work on the summary with me? We can use
a Git repo or some minimum-effort collaborative editing widget -
whatever gets the job done.
