Sounds good, so I'll add it to the SRFI. The implementation should be straightforward, and we should use the syntax-rules implementations in R7RS-small and SRFI 2 (the contrib directory) as a basis.

I will defer to the author and the reviewers. This SRFI is not yet ninety days old, and I'm waiting for Wolfgang's new implementation, anyway. I hope this won't extend things too long, though.
