Currently, the srfi text copyright block does not list all of the authors of code.  They are listed in the Acknowledgements section, but that isn't technically a part of "the above copyright notice and this permission notice" in the license text.

I will eventually be adding an SPDX copyright banner.  Exactly whom should I include in the list of authors for the sample implementation of this SRFI?
