Yes. The code I provided in the text of SRFI-38 bears a copyright notice
in my name.

That code should instead be copyrighted MIT license (or whatever else
the scheme repository finds convenient).

I posted about this to this list a couple of months ago, never got a
response, and the copyright notices are still there in the SRFI document.
