There are two examples in the "Rationale" section of the current
version of the SRFI document that don't agree with the rest of the
spec, or which don't do what they're supposed to.  I've attached a
patch which replaces them with similar, working examples.  I've also
corrected the reference to SRFI 162.

It's great to see this become a SRFI.  Thanks to John and the SRFI
editor for making this happen.
