Yes, exactly. At the end of an announced LC period (the 24th in this case), take a deep breath, look at the existing changes since the beginning, decide if we need another LC. Obviously not all changes do, but some do. If anything, I'd say the new constraint on indexers needs discussion more than the fairly trivial subrange (just a convenience function that takes and then drops or vice versa).
