At the end of the https://registry.scheme.org page are two foreign
status listings: one for status sets, and another for properties.

The status sets ought to be quite uncontroversial, but feel free to
suggest additions and changes anyway. The name of "gethostby" is up for
debate. We've been discussing whether or not libsodium should have its
own set since it uses negative integers for errors.

The properties listing, on the other hand, needs a major overhaul to
catch up to our latest ideas; we've gone through so many revisions and
thought experiments I barely even remember what they are :)
