I've just published draft #2 of SRFI 212. It was submitted by Marc Nieper-Wißkirchen, author of the SRFI.

Marc is calling this the final draft candidate, so please get any last-minute comments in right away.

Here is the commit summary:

• Minor Changes.
• Fix broken link.
• Make it an error to alias an unbound identifier for compatibility with existing implementations like Chez.
• Publish second draft.
