I've just published draft #3 of SRFI 219. It was submitted by Lassi Kortela, author of the SRFI.

Here is the commit summary:

• Reformat using HTML Tidy
• Use a simpler syntax-rules macro
• Augment syntax-rules macro with prose definition
• Publish third draft.
