I've taken the unusual step of publishing a new draft of this SRFI even though it has already been finalized.   I made the mistake of not publishing a new draft before finalizing but after substantial changes had been made, and I'm trying to remedy that mistake.  Please submit any feedback sooner rather than later.

Does anyone have any feedback on the changes to use the "!" convention through this SRFI?  I'd like to know before I mark this SRFI doubly finalized.
