It seems the point of the SRFI is to gather all the control flow
operations defined so far in RnRS, or by Scheme implementations, and put
all of them into a consistent framework.

Similar in spirit to Marc's earlier SRFI 211 (Scheme Macro Libraries)
which did the same for macro systems. Both are excellent work.
