There was discussion already somewhere that all SRFI that exists use lambda
and there is no need for specific version of define. Example case-lambda
SRFI-16 or opt-lambda SRFI-227. So I don't see a reason to add define/tag
here.

But to be consistent with other API I use lambda-tag instead lambda/tag or
event better tag-lambda, <prefix>-lambda should be a standard to defining new
version of lambda expression.
