I've just published draft #10 of SRFI 231. It was submitted by Bradley J. Lucier, author of the SRFI.

Here is the commit summary:

• Add array-decurry.
• Add array-freeze!
• array-elements-in-order? -> array-packed?.
• Fix typo.
• Publish tenth draft.
