At Jens Axel Søgaard's suggestion, I posted a couple items under the new
tag arrays-proposal to Racket's Discourse server:

to expand discussion of what should be changed in SRFI 231 to make it
more appropriate as an arrays proposal for R7RS Large.

This is an experiment; I'll try to coordinate discussion between this
mail list and the Discourse server to limit fragmenting the discussion
early on.
