Good catch. The "also" referred to something that I edited out.

I've changed this paragraph to emphasize the too-simple issue with
generators. I happen to think they *are* ill-defined, at least in the
sense that a generator can't be distinguished from any other kind of
procedure. But that's not really to the point.
