I'm a little confused as to why SRFI 144 defined these two constants
when they're the same.

However, I think I am leaning towards making the SRFI 276 base library a
superset of the SRFI 144 library, which will entail keeping some
deprecated names that I previously removed (for example log1+ which is
equivalent to log1p in C99, although modern C now uses logp1). I think
keeping these constants for backwards compatibility's sake is worth it.

I will probably add a deprecation notice for fl-1/log-10 and fl-1/log-2,
however.
