My understanding is that round-away behaves the same as round except
halfway between two integers, where round rounds to nearest and
round-away rounds to the number with the larger absolute value.  This is
not at all like ceiling, floor, truncate.

So, why have round-away, without having various rounds that do what
round does except when given arguments halfway between two integers?
That's my question.
