I wasn't thinking of a vector of records, but it makes sense for
case-lambda, because each case of a case-lambda is really a different
procedure that is selected from the argument list. However, given that
an implementation might do things differently here (for example, general
pattern matching against clauses), it might be better to have a record
that contains vectors.
