Thanks for finalizing the SRFI. Two small things. First, according to the
SRFI template (http://srfi.schemers.org/srfi-template.html) the ISSUES
section should not appear in the final SRFI. Second, the reference
implementation link is broken. The source is available at
http://memebeam.org/free-software/args-fold/
