  * The current http://srfi.schemers.org/srfi-37/srfi-37.html is not
    well formed. This is fixed in this version.
  * srfi-args-fold.html -> srfi-37.html.
  * As suggested by Sven Hartrumpf, a long option with a missing
    required option-argument (no "=") will not use the next
    command line argument as the option-argument.
