1. Choosing a different prefix doesn't alter the non-conformance.

2. Whatever you may choose, it should *not* be #r.  These are floats;
they are *not* real numbers.  Scheme designed its numeric hierarchy
very carefully to keep open the possibility of computable reals
(amongst other extensions).  This spirit should be respected.
