Thanks for the fixes & test suite.  I've asked the editors to put up a
new vector-lib.scm, with some fixes I had already had on my hard drive
(why they were not already up on srfi.schemers.org I don't know), and
the test suite.  I hope this finishes off SRFI 43 once and for all,
which I'm getting (or I've gotten) rather tired of...
