Hi.
I've recently revised the SRFI-54 draft.  I hope this revision is the last
one, and expect this to be finalized if there are no more comments or
suggestions.  I think the CAT procedure now deserves to be called a formatter.
>From now on, the order of all optional arguments of the CAT procedure is
ignored.  I'd like for people to take a look at it.
