I'd go with contrib/<petname>, where petname can be an author's name or
implementation name or what have you, petname conflicts to be resolved
by the SRFI editor.

Thus the Chibi implementation of SRFI 1 could be at contrib/ashinn,
contrib/foof, or contrib/chibi.
