Shouldn't this change be reflected in the "Status" field?

At least when the links for SRFI-1 were updated, a note was added to
the "Status" field as in:

Revised to fix errata:
2016/8/27 (Clarify Booleans.)
2018/10/8 (Remove extra parenthesis.)
2019/10/25 (Fix broken links.)

This is what confused me.
