Changes:
1. CHECK-LAMBDA and COND-LAMBDA were combined into ALAMBDA.
2. Required non-fixed named variables were added.
3. The spec [test ...] was changed into
   [test [<true substitute> [<false substitute>]]].
4. Any scheme object can be a keyword.
5. Option modefiers were deleted.
