Since December 2019 we are tracking the library names of new SRFIs in
the `library-name` property of
<https://github.com/scheme-requests-for-implementation/srfi-common/blob/master/admin/srfi-data.scm>.
There is a post-finalization note in SRFI 97 that points to this file.

SRFI 37 came before 97, so it's up for debate whether or not its library
name should be added to the table in 97 in addition to `srfi-data.scm`.
