I agree with Aziz, Andre, and Phil. PLT Scheme's R6RS support will
continue to disallow `(srfi 1)' as a library reference.

I think it probably would be nicer if R6RS allowed an exact integer as
a library-reference component, but it's not obvious to me.

For what it's worth, if there's no good alternative to using "srfi" and
numbers in the name, I like the `(srfi n1)' convention.
