Based on non-receipt of some recent messages on the SRFI-145 and
SRFI-146 lists, I suspect I may not subscribed to those mailing lists.

Until recently, my subscription to srfi-auto-subscribe seems to have
subscribed me to new SRFI mailing lists as expected, but perhaps
something has changed.

I realize this problem could be just something odd that's specific to
me, but since I cannot figure out how else to check, I am sending this
note.  I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
