It is my great pleasure to announce that Arthur Gleckler will be taking
over SRFI in the near future.  Arthur approached us with a
well-thought-out plan, which we'll implement in the weeks to come.

Arthur is one most consistently supportive members of the Scheme
community since I can remember, and provided invaluable help with R6RS.
Consequently, I cannot think anyone better to take over SRFI, and wish
him all the best.  I'd appreciate your support of Arthur's work.
