I can, but would it be better if John did the honors? He would have a
better grasp of the terminology and context (i.e. how different natural
and programming languages tie into this, plus the Scheme reports).
Unless John volunteers, you should do it. It was, after all, your idea. And John is already working on a number of other SRFIs, and is acting as chair of R7RS Large. We can have a discussion once the SRFI has been published.
