Setting Up Your Virtual Office Is As Easy As 1-2-3!

1.  Select, "Create Message Series" and fill out the form.

2.  You will see the message series you created.  Click "View" next to the message series you created.  Click the link "Add a Message to this Message Series" and add your follow-up messages for your marketing campaign. 

3.  Last, fill-out the fields and your Virtual Secretary is all set to go.  You can add as many 15 "follow-up messages" and create up to 4 more Virtual Secretaries if needed.

To make changes to any of your existing email-on-demand messages, select "List All Series".  Click "View".  Scroll down and make the necessary changes.  Once finished, be sure to click the button on the bottom of the form for the changes to take effect.

To edit the message series information click "Edit".  Once finished, be sure to click the button on the bottom of the form for the changes to take effect.

To view your prospect list click "View and Use Mailing Lists".  Select the message series by checking the box next to it and click the button "Display Mailing List".
