It may be possible to write a simple Scheme script to automate
converting code from one test framework to another.

Would it be possible to combine the Chicken eggs for the different test
APIs into one, so the same backend could handle all APIs? Then the
results of running tests written in the SRFI 64 syntax could be
displayed using the traditional report format of the Chicken test egg,
for example. It would probably take some effort to sort out all the
details but in principle it shouldn't be difficult to do.
