Library names continue to generate interest. I generated a simple web
page listing them: https://doc.scheme.org/srfi/library-names/

TODO:

1) Many SRFIs are missing names. Should we add some?

2) The names have thus far been an R6RS tradition. R7RS implementations
don't use them, though there's no reason they couldn't. Should we start
using them with R7RS as well?

3) The web page lists the "official" library names from "srfi-data.scm".
I've spotted some inconsistencies in the names R6RS implementations use.
We should track these down and get everyone using the same names.
