Hi,

I was just looking at this repo:

https://github.com/scheme-requests-for-implementation/srfi-218

And the code doesn't have a license. Which means that the code is copyrighted
all right reserved and no one case use that code.

There is a need to add a license to the code. For simple code that doesn't
have a copyright note from the author, I suggest CC0 Public Domain.

But if MIT will be picked that is also fine.

Another example from first org page:

https://github.com/scheme-requests-for-implementation/srfi-194

There may be more repos were code doesn't have a license.
