I agree that we need better organizing around scheme since the whole
process seems very opaque imo.

But on the other hand I agree with Lassi and I don't see why this needs
to be a non-profit foundation.

Both for reasons that it is ultimately a formal organization (to the
state that is) and a hierarchical organizations that as Lassi said has
the problem of being driven by a few people. See any non-profit really.

I don't know why they weren't mentioned but having a non-profit with
these problems is not the only way. We could also have a collective with
its own social rules and no legal things involved. And we could also
have a cooperative structure so that a small group of people (council or
leaders or whatever) have to drive everything. I am part of a few
collectives myself and I have seen this been done in practice.

MSavoritias
