I don't think it would be spam. Cut is popular, and extending cut with
syntax-case sounds like a good idea, but one that needs to have
hammered-down semantics to understand correctly.

Plus, I have my own comments on how to implement it using syntax-case.
It would be good to have that discussion on the SRFI's specific mailing
list, as opposed to srfi-discuss.
