Happily, several of the projects have already benefited from substantial
effort by many people, especially doc!

How about linking from the front page of each subdomain to the relevant
communication channels and git repos? This is already done on many of them:

- https://comm.scheme.org
- https://persist.scheme.org
- https://test.scheme.org
- https://registry.scheme.org

Just added simple links to https://doc.scheme.org as well. It would
perhaps help to use a standard format for the links for these
community-wide projects.
