We currently have {r5rs,r6rs,r7rs}.scheme.org subdomains, all of which
redirect to more official websites for those standards. Those websites
are... better than nothing. Each is a white page listing the most
essential links, and that's basically it. R2RS, R3RS, R4RS don't have
any website at all.
Empirically, the situation is that the people who write RnRS standards
don't have time to maintain web pages for the standards. Hence, I
suggest that rNrs.scheme.org be community subdomains like doc. Thoughts?
