I'd like to start books.scheme.org. Any objections?

It would list all the books, show their covers, explain what editions
are available, where they can be bought from, and ideally list table of
contents, sample chapters or full text and source code where available.

We have quite a few books. Here's my tentative list of physical ones:

Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs (SICP)
How to Design Programs (HTDP)
Essentials of Programming Languages (EOPL)
The Little Schemer
The Seasoned Schemer
The Reasoned Schemer
The Scheme Programming Language
Simply Scheme: Introducing Computer Science
Concrete Abstractions - An Introduction to Computer Science Using Scheme
How to Use Scheme: The Book

https://t3x.org/ has Lulu Press books pertaining to Scheme.

The following seem only to be available as ebooks:

Teach Yourself Scheme in Fixnum Days
An Introduction to Scheme and its Implementation
