These are the latest files direct from the server. (It is still humming
along somewhere at bytemark.co.uk, using a vintage copy of Debian and
Apache 2.2.9 from 2008.)

I will diff this against the archive.org-sourced snapshot and update any
files that are stale in that snapshot.

Then it's probably best to run the files through HTML Tidy so we can
have readable markup in which to patch dead URLs and such. The original
HTML was generated by a Scheme script such that an entire file's markup
is compressed into one line.
