I brushed them up a little to make them better reflect the current
implementation, actually tested and debugged, in MIT Scheme.  They are
still, of course, pseudo-code.  Attached.

P.S.  If anyone wants to turn them into real Pre-Scheme code for
Scheme48, feel free to ask me for help with that.
