Since 125 and 126 are friendly competitors and much of the discussion
of potentially shared features has been on the 126 list, I think 125
should be automatically extended to the end date of 126. Bounds and
salt are outstanding issues for both 125 and 126.
125 also needs to be revised to make use of 128 rather than 114
comparators, which will require updating the implementation.
