Hi,

The specification of char-title-case? says (Not in R6RS) but there is
char-title-case? in R6RS. It's specified if the Unicode category is Lt,
then returns #t. (haven't checked the difference between 'Titlecase'
property and 'Lt' category so not sure if these are the same or not).

Shouldn't the description be either differ from R6RS or the same as
R6RS?
