Hi,

The sample implementation's test cases contain the following test:

    (test "\u1F08\u0399" (string-titlecase "\u1F80"))

However, on Unicode SpecialCasing.txt, 0x1F80 is mapped to 0x1F88 as its title
case character. (The expected value is mapped to upper case.) Is this expected
behaviour of the string-titlecase?
