Then collaboratively copy/paste relevant procedures from those implementation manuals into those categories. Once the wiki is done it can be converted to a clean-ish markdown document which we can then publish as a survey on which to base the rest of the design work. Agree? GitHub wikis has previously proven adequate for this kind of effort, but whatever works.
